When a ladder isn’t the answer
Multi-storey offices, schools with high glazing, warehouses with skylights and buildings with cladding all need a different approach. Pure Flex is IPAF registered, so we can use powered access to reach areas that other window cleaners can’t clean safely.
Every high-level job starts with a survey. We look at access, ground conditions and the surfaces involved, then give you a method statement and a fixed quote before anything goes up.
More than glass
While we’re up there, we can also clean cladding panels, signage, fascias and gutters — so one visit takes care of the whole elevation.

What does IPAF registered mean?
IPAF is the International Powered Access Federation. IPAF registration shows our operators are trained to use powered access equipment, such as cherry pickers and scissor lifts, safely.
Can you clean cladding as well as windows?
Yes. We clean cladding panels, signage and fascias as part of high-level work, and we’ll recommend the right method for the material.
How do you price high-level work?
After a site survey. The price depends on height, access, equipment needed and the area to be cleaned. You’ll get a fixed quote before work starts.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. High-level work can be scheduled for evenings, weekends or quiet periods to reduce disruption.
