How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries and quote requests, provide and schedule our services, send invoices and take payment, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into a contract with you, performing that contract, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and legal obligation. Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider, accounting software and payment providers (for example GoCardless, Stripe and QuickBooks), and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become customers are deleted after 12 months. Customer and financial records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting rules.
