Pure Flex Cleaning Ltd is a window and exterior cleaning company based in Sileby, serving businesses and homes across Leicestershire and the East Midlands.
Where we’re from
Pure Flex started as a window cleaning business in Sileby, North Leicestershire. From the beginning we focused on doing the basics well: turning up when we say we will, working safely and communicating clearly.
That approach won the trust of commercial clients. Today most of our work is for schools, offices, retail and industrial sites, alongside domestic rounds across the county.
How we work
We train every operator to the Federation of Window Cleaners (FWC) standard. All staff are DBS checked and fully insured, and the company is SafeContractor approved and IPAF registered for powered access work.
We send quotes, reports and invoices electronically, carry out regular inspections and audits on contract sites, and give clients easy ways to pay — Direct Debit, card or PayPal.
Where we’re going
Pure Flex is growing. Through the Pure Flex Group we now offer property maintenance as well as cleaning, and we’re building a team of trained operators so we can take on more commercial contracts across the East Midlands without compromising on standards.
