Commercial offices
Window cleaning for offices and business parks
Clean glazing, atriums and facades without anyone at a desk noticing we were there. Out-of-hours visits, one named contact and pricing that fits a facilities budget.
The brief
What offices & business parks need from a cleaning contractor
Offices are judged on first impressions. Streaked glass and dirty entrance canopies undermine everything the reception is trying to say. Facilities managers want a contractor who arrives when agreed, works safely around staff and visitors, and never needs chasing.
What we do
- External glazing, frames and sills on a 4, 8 or 12-weekly cycle to suit footfall and exposure
- Internal glass, partitions and atriums on request, scheduled out of hours
- Entrance canopies, signage and cladding cleaned as part of a Managed package
- High-level glazing reached by water-fed pole or IPAF-certified powered access
- RAMS, insurance and permits sorted before we arrive; operators badged and signed in
- Electronic visit reports and a quarterly review so you always know where you stand

Core, Managed or Total Exterior
Start with scheduled glass and add gutters, high-level access, pressure washing and grounds when you’re ready. Every package is priced per visit after a free survey.
Compare packagesCan you clean before our staff arrive?
Yes. Most office rounds run from 6am, or in the evening and at weekends for city-centre sites with parking restrictions.
Do you do multi-site portfolios?
Yes. We manage several multi-site contracts across the East Midlands with one schedule, one report format and one invoice.
How high can you reach?
Up to about 20 m with water-fed poles from the ground. Above that we use IPAF-certified MEWPs or cradles, all planned in the RAMS.
How do you price office cleaning?
Per visit, fixed for the contract period, after a free survey. There are no minimum terms; most clients choose an annual programme.
