What industrial, warehouses & depots need from a cleaning contractor
Industrial sites accumulate dust, diesel film and algae fast, and gutters on large roofs block quietly until they overflow into the building. Add live vehicle movements and strict site rules and most cleaning firms either cut corners or don’t turn up. We treat the site like a project: inducted, permitted and reported.

- Site induction, permit-to-work and RAMS agreed with your site manager before day one
- Office and welfare glazing, roller-shutter doors, canopies and signage cleaned on schedule
- Cladding and gutters cleaned from IPAF-certified MEWPs with banksmen in live yards
- Gutter clearance with photo evidence of outlets before and after — the single most valuable visit on a big roof
- Grounds and property maintenance: weed control, hard-standing pressure washing, minor exterior repairs
- One annual programme, one monthly invoice, one contact who knows your site

Can you work on a live operational site?
Yes. We plan around shift patterns and vehicle movements, use banksmen where needed and follow your permit-to-work system.
Do you clean cladding as well as windows?
Yes. Cladding, canopies and signage are cleaned using pure water and soft-wash methods appropriate to the panel type.
Do you offer grounds maintenance?
Yes. Weed control, grass, hedges, litter and hard-standing cleaning can be bundled into a Total Exterior programme so the site has one contractor.
Are you IPAF registered?
Yes. Our operators hold IPAF licences for the powered access categories we use, and we can supply the certificates for your contractor file.
